Lithium is now hiring online moderators to work from home. This position is based in the US. Moderators are responsible for moderating online interactions for Lithium clients. These clients use social sites and forums to promote their business and seek moderators to make sure posts meet community guidelines.

- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering a wide variety of applications.

- Experience with online messaging services and applications.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which includes weekends and holidays.
