PRUDENTIAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE REMOTE

Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate incoming documents and routes them to the appropriate workflow.
- Handle situations that may require extensive research utilizing Prudential’s various business platforms for reference
- Handle fallout and escalations.
- Associates must adhere to service, productivity and quality metrics
- Ability to learn multiple processes and transition from task to task.
Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of experience in insurance industry customer service preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills as this position has frequent contact with associates within and outside the department
- Must possess excellent organizational skills and independence to meet production, service and quality metrics
- Must be self-motivated
- Experience with Microsoft office a plus
- Ability to communicate with peers and team in a team-oriented environment
- Position requires great attention to detail and accuracy
